Grandparents Day

Last week, we celebrated our much-loved Grandparents Day, and what a special occasion it was! Hundreds of grandparents joined us on campus to spend time with their grandchildren, share stories, and create lasting memories. I’ve heard nothing but glowing reports about the warmth and joy of the day. We are so grateful for the incredible role grandparents play in the lives of our students, and it was heartwarming to see their presence so strongly felt. A big thank you to our community for your generosity; together, we raised nearly $1,000 for Children’s Missions. 

Challenge Games

In Week 2, many of our diverse learners also took part in the Challenge Games, representing Padua with pride. Their 'have a go' attitude, friendly interactions, and beaming smiles made the day one to remember. Ribbons were worn with pride as they returned, and we couldn’t be more proud of them.

Catholic Education Week 2025

This week we celebrated Catholic Education Week, a time to recognise and reflect on the unique spirit that brings our school community to life. The 2025 theme, "Faith ignites growth. Hope fuels support. Love welcomes all," beautifully captures the heart of what it means to belong to a Catholic school. At Padua, we strive to live these values each day, nurturing our students’ spirits, empowering our staff, and embracing our families. We are also proud to share that Angela Betteridge has been nominated for the 2025 Spirit of Catholic Education Award. Angela’s dedication to building our Catholic identity and strengthening the ethos of our community continues to support a flourishing and faith-filled environment for all.
